Heather is a mental health counselor who works well with children, teens and adults suffering from anxiety, depression, and family conflict.
Courtney is a marriage and family therapist who helps individuals and couples navigate difficult relationship patterns, create effective communication and coping strategies in order to have successful and thriving relationships.
Emily works with young adults, teens, children and parents struggling with a variety of mental health issues. In particular, Emily helps young people navigate school or college related issues, and adolescents who struggle socially, emotionally or behaviorally.
Emily is a marriage and family therapist who works with adults and couples who are looking for ways to repair or improve relationships, work through life transitions, and those struggling with anxiety, depression or other symptoms that interfere with life satisfaction.
Peyton is a LMSW who enjoys working with all ages. She specializes in career and education related issues, stress and anxiety and lifestyle changes.
Julia enjoys working with all ages and is welcoming to clients who may be struggling with stress and/or anxiety, grief or loss, depression, lifestyle changes and more.
Samantha is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys working with all ages and particularly with individuals who may need help with school or college related issues, career and work related stress, relationship conflicts and parenting and/or caregiving.

MHC-LP
Laura works with children, couples, and adults who are looking for strategies to manage anxiety, depression, and the new stressors that we have faced during the pandemic. Together, Laura and clients will assess and identify the symptoms causing distress and disruption in your life and using a strengths based approach create strategies to reach your goals.
Rebecca has an integrative approach to counseling and works well with a variety of client needs and goals. Treatment approaches include evidenced based frameworks such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, and Positive Psychology.
Kristie’s support is individualized and helps clients develop strategies to better cope with common stressors. Her experience in the high school setting has provided Kristie with the skills necessary to work with adolescents, though she enjoys working with those in all phases of life.
Emily Perednia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Supervisor with extensive field experience working with individuals in educational settings and community agencies as well as trauma centers. Emily’s goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and trusting environment where you can define and tackle all of life’s obstacles and challenges.
Ariana Nunez is the Intake Coordinator at Great South Bay Therapy.
Kimberly Hession is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Health Coach. She has spent her career working in a variety of clinical settings to help children, adolescents, and adults live more satisfying lives. Previous experience in the legal, medical, and educational fields have shaped her integrative approach to mental health and wellness.
Jennifer Flanagan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSWR) who has spent her career providing treatment in the areas of substance abuse/addiction, mental health and wellness, crisis intervention, and medical social work. She works with individuals, couples, and families.
